Job Responsibility

  • Assist the Project and Maintenance team in monitoring renovation and upgrading projects for Oriental Kopi outlets.
  • Support project documentation including layout plans, progress reports, and vendor quotations.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist in logging, tracking, and following up on maintenance requests from outlets.
  • Help schedule preventive maintenance works and monitor completion timelines.
  • Maintain and update equipment servicing records, asset lists, and maintenance reports.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, preparing purchase requisitions, and processing invoices.
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior or management

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to learn and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to travel to outlets when required.
