Game Marshal

This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced, interactive environment and want to be part of a dynamic and innovative entertainment attraction. As a Game Marshal, you'll play a key role in delivering exciting experiences to our guests by facilitating games, managing safety protocols, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations:

• Assist in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues.
• Ensure guests have all the information they need for a memorable experience.

Event Planning and Coordination

• Collaborate with the event management team to plan and execute various events.
• Support event logistics, including setup, registration, and coordination of activities.
• Assist in ensuring that events run smoothly and meet guest expectations.

Attraction Management:

• Participate in the operation and maintenance of our attractions, ensuring they are safe and appealing to guests.
• Collaborate with attraction staff to coordinate schedules and provide support as needed.
• Contribute to the development of attraction improvement plans.

Administrative Support:

• Help with administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and filing.
• Assist in inventory management and procurement of supplies for attraction operation.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Customer Feedback and Improvement:

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, especially related to attraction experiences.
• Collaborate with the team to implement enhancements to the guest experience and attraction operation.
• Contribute to maintaining and improving Bomb Battle's reputation in the tourism and hospitality sector.

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
