Job Title: Sales Executive

Department: Sales, Logistic & Warehouse Department

Reports to: Sales, Logistic & Warehouse Manager

Job description:

  • Perform all sales duties which include prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, follow through sales administration and after sales service. Meeting the desired sales target as stated in the Company's Business Plan.
  • Communicate with customers and collect payment for outstanding bills and ensure payments are made within agreed payment term.
  • Identify issues that may affect sales, production or delivery of service and devise solutions to promptly address problems in order to improve customer experience.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing kits and material, product launches, promotional events, exhibition, social media marketing and other marketing campaigns
  • Negotiate issues such as customer complaints, price variation, product delivery and specifications with manager.
  • Monitor stock at the customer premise for replenishment, take ordering, get customer feedback on products and communicate customer feedback with the operation team.
  • Assist Head of Department in developing Annual Business Plan for department/section which is aligned to the Company's direction.

Requirement:

  • Possess at least Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent
  • Possess at least 1 to 2 years of experience in offline
  • Mandarin Speaker is an advantage
  • Sales experience in food products is an advantage
  • Working days and hours (Mon - Fri, 8.30 am pm)
  • Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor

Compensation & Benefit:

  • Basic salary + Sales commission: RM 2,500 - RM 4,000/month (negotiable)
