Job Description

Main Responsibility:-

· To lead overall Quality Control & Service Team at Port Klang & Kapar Plant

· Take care of Quality in Production Line, Customer Complaint, Incoming Quality Check & etc

Customer Complain Investigate & Service Warranty Team

· To prepare the investigation and countermeasure report on customer complaint or warranty claim analysis.

· To do analysis according to quality problem feedback or warranty claim collected parts. At the same time, to discuss with relevant departments for countermeasure improvement.

· Conduct Quality Problem Countermeasure (QPC) presentation.

· To involve in joint check activity with customer on new product against Parts Inspection Standard (PIS).

· Check the customer Parts Inspection Standard according to monthly submission date schedule.

Control Supplier (Internal & External) Quality

· Prepare & check customer documents such as Quality Control Plan, Inspection Standard and Inspection Agreement Sheet.

· Involved audit customer with team.

New Products & Existing Product Quality Control

· Prepare Parts Inspection Standard for new and existing product.

· Analyze, communicate and feedback to related department on non-conformance product found.

· Solve any quality issued.

Compliance on any ISO control

· To ensure all process meeting IATF16949 requirement and achieve KPI target

· Awareness IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirement

Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as when required by superior.

Requirement(s): -

· Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechanical/Electromechanical) or equivalent.

· At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Experiences in Automotive Electronics Industry will be added advantages.

· Familiar with quality tools & quality system.

· Computer literate such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Power Point.

· Measuring equipment literate such as Video Scop, Caliper and Height Gauge & Micrometer.

· Good communication and presentation skill and ability to translate and communicate technical information to project teams and manager as required.
