About the role

SC Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Shah Alam, Selangor, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and business growth.

What You'll Do
  • Promote SC Systems' full range of solutions including IT outsourcing, cybersecurity, and infrastructure services.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of AI-driven office process management solutions to help companies automate workflows and improve productivity.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify new opportunities and prepare proposals/quotations with support from the presales team.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in sales (IT solutions preferred, but fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome).
  • Strong communication and customer-relationship skills.
  • Interest in AI, automation, and business digitalisation tools.
  • Driven, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.

Salary Range

RM3,000 – RM15,000

(Depending on performance, smart working ability, and sales results. High performers can reach the upper range.)
