  • Plan, script, and present live or recorded content to effectively promote products and services, enhance audience interaction, and drive brand visibility.
  • Strategically manage and grow social media channels through curated content, trend-led campaigns, and authentic community engagement.
  • Develop and implement content calendars aligned with brand objectives, seasonal initiatives, and evolving platform trends to maintain consistent audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative teams or work independently to conceptualize, edit, and produce visually compelling videos, graphics, and digital assets.
  • Leverage data and analytics to evaluate audience insights, engagement performance, and campaign outcomes — continuously refining strategies for maximum impact.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, ensuring all content aligns with current algorithms, viral formats, and emerging digital behaviors.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships, user-generated content (UGC), and customer engagement initiatives to build brand credibility and foster authentic online communities.
  • Maintain a cohesive and consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints — ensuring alignment between live interactions and pre-produced content.
