Overview

We are looking for a passionate and versatile Marketing & Creative Executive to build and grow our restaurant brands' online presence.

This role combines digital marketing, influencer outreach, and creative content design — perfect for someone who loves food, social media, and visual storytelling.

This is primarily a work-from-home position, but the candidate must be available to visit restaurant outlets for photography, videography, and content creation when required.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and 小红书 (XHS).
  • Coordinate and engage with influencers, bloggers, and content creators to generate buzz and brand awareness.
  • Conduct on-site photo and video shoots at restaurant outlets for new dishes, events, and seasonal promotions.
  • Design and produce marketing materials such as posters, menus, social media graphics, banners, and packaging visuals.
  • Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity and tone of voice across all platforms.
  • Update and manage the company website and landing pages (basic web design via WordPress or Wix preferred).
  • Support marketing campaigns, festive promotions, and collaboration events.
  • Track and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, and ROI).
  • Perform any other marketing, design, or ad hoc assignments as required to support ongoing promotions and restaurant activities.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2–4 years' experience in marketing, digital media, or graphic design (F&B or lifestyle background preferred).
  • Strong skills in social media management, content creation, and influencer coordination.
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and basic video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere).
  • Creative eye for photography, videography, and brand storytelling.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be based in Klang Valley and able to attend on-site shoots or meetings when required (approximately 3–6 times per month).
  • Must have own laptop and reliable internet connection for work-from-home setup.
  • Flexible working hours, but must be responsive to social media messages, comments, and reviews as part of community management duties.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a plus (for XHS/TikTok engagement).
