We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive with strong hands-on knowledge of ERP systems and/or Sage accounting software. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end accounting functions, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and support continuous improvement of finance processes using ERP tools.

Job Descriptions

    • Manage daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL postings, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
    • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and schedules in compliance with accounting standards.
    • Ensure proper configuration, usage, and maintenance of ERP systems, with strong involvement in Sage.
    • Support ERP-related tasks such as data validation, troubleshooting, process optimization, budgetary controls and system upgrades.
    • Review and verify invoices, payments, and journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Monitor cash flow, assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    • Coordinate with internal departments, external auditors, and vendors on accounting and system matters.
    • Implement internal controls and ensure adherence to financial policies.
    • Assist with year-end audit preparation and tax-related documentation.

Job Requirements:

    • At least Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • 5+ years of accounting experience, including strong experience with ERP systems and Sage accounting software.
    • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
