We are seeking a proactive and skilled Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing project activities to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage daily project operations.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure schedules, quality standards, and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on project matters.
  • Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and site documentation.
  • Assist in tender preparation, material submission, and technical drawings review.
  • Ensure all works comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Attend site meetings and resolve technical or operational issues.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in construction/project management.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, site coordination, and technical drawings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in handling government projects/tenders will be an added advantage.
