We are seeking for motivated and strategic Event & Customer Experience Coordinator (Clinic) to join our team, focusing on our clinic in Johor Bahru Bukit Indah and other locations to come. The ideal candidate will assist in Marketing events and Clinic Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen the company's brand image by representing the organization at external events and initiatives that enhance corporate visibility and reputation.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and marketing events, ensuring seamless organization and impactful experiences that align with the company's objectives.
  • Take ownership of customer relationship management, including building strong rapport with clients, understanding their needs, providing prompt and professional solutions, and ensuring an exceptional service journey from end to end.
  • Drive and maintain a culture of service excellence within clinic operations, ensuring all touchpoints uphold a high standard of professionalism, hospitality, and care that reflects the company's values.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify service gaps and implement improvements, elevating the overall client experience and clinic service quality.
  • Support daily clinic operations as needed to ensure smooth coordination between departments, efficient workflows, and a positive environment for both clients and staff.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in a warm, professional, and culturally sensitive manner to build long-term trust and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, or event management.
  • Strong understanding of service excellence and experience in driving customer-centric initiatives within an operational environment.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is preferred, as the role involves liaising with a diverse client base and internal teams.
