Sales Channel Specialist

Job descriptions:
Market Expansion & Channel Planning
- Develop channel models and market strategies based on Malaysia's market and sales targets.
- Identify strong distributor partners and support the Country Manager in business negotiations.
- Ensure effective execution of channel plans with local partners.
Sales Order Management
- Manage the full sales order process: contracts, execution, and on-time delivery (OTD).
- Coordinate with logistics and distributors on customs and clearance to keep workflow smooth.
Market & Channel Development
- Analyze Malaysia's market environment, trends, and customer needs.
- Monitor distributor channel development, inspect progress, and suggest improvements.
- Provide market research reports to support company decisions.
Qualifications:
Professional Skills
- Familiar with international trade practices and processes, with strong skills in channel development, management, and system/process improvement.
- Proficient in office software; experience with Tableau is a plus.
- Prior experience in market development or marketing in Malaysia is preferred.
Other Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above. Degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, or Automotive-related fields are an advantage.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of automotive manufacturing and marketing is preferred.
- Languages: Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is an advantage.
