Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to sales consultants to improve performance.
  • Monitor and oversee the sales team's social media marketing activities to ensure alignment with company branding and sales goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Result-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of the automotive market, customer behavior, and latest industry trends.
  • Experience in social media marketing and ability to guide team on digital selling.
  • Ability to comply with company's growth direction, strategies, and targets.
