Position: HR Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits coordination, training administration, and HR policy implementation.

Job Description:


• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process


• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases


• Support in daily compensation and benefits administration


• Coordinate training and development programs


• Provide support in employee engagement and welfare activities


• Ensure staff compliance with Malaysian labor laws and internal HR policies


• Prepare HR reports and documentation as and when required

Requirements:


• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field


• 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist role


• Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and common HR practices


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills


• Able to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision


• Fresh Graduate are welcomed to apply
