You will play an important role, such as:

  • To be responsible for the development and conduct systematically proper internal audit programs and procedures for the Group.
  • To report regularly to the Executive Director on the results of the internal audit programs conducted, non-compliance with established Group's policies, operating or accounting procedures and any identified weakness in these policies or procedures which may result in poor internal control or loss of assets.
  • To conduct regular reviews of the existing planning and budgetary control, financial reporting and accounting systems existing in the Group; to make necessary recommendations to the Executive Director for their streamlining and for strengthening of operating efficiently in the Group.
  • To conduct management and operational audits specific operating areas as directed by the Executive Director; to report and make necessary recommendations for improving the performances and operations of areas reviewed.
  • To provide assistance to operating units in implementation of recommendations and improvements of systems and controls where necessary.
  • To liaise with the external auditors of the Group whenever required.
  • Others duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time by the Management.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:​

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CIA, MIA, CISA, or ACCA or equivalent are preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Internal Audit Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of internal audit methodologies, practices, and professional standards.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop effective audit strategies.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and good interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous and attention to details.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
  • Proficient in using audit software and MS Office applications.
