Overview

Candidate will gain hands-on experience and deep operational knowledge by completing a comprehensive training curriculum. Upon joining, successful candidates will have the opportunity to choose a specialized path (or more) from the following key business functions:

  • Marketing
  • Supply Chain
  • IT
  • Administration
  • Outlet-Level Management (Pizza Restaurant Manager)

Department-specific responsibilities

In addition to the general responsibilities, trainees will focus on the following duties within their selected department:

Marketing

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in developing and executing localized digital marketing, social media, and in-store promotion campaigns.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform and improve marketing strategies.
  • Brand Management: Support brand-building efforts through content creation and promotional activities.

Supply Chain

  • Procurement: Assist with the end-to-end procurement process for all restaurant ingredients and supplies.
  • Inventory & Logistics: Learn and manage inventory tracking and logistics to ensure efficient and timely delivery to all restaurant outlets.
  • Vendor Management: Communicate and coordinate with suppliers to maintain a consistent and high-quality supply of goods.

IT

  • Systems Support: Provide technical support for in-restaurant systems, including Point-of-Sale (POS), online ordering platforms, and hardware.
  • Data Management: Assist with managing and analyzing data to generate business insights for management.
  • Technology Implementation: Support the testing and rollout of new technologies to improve restaurant operations and customer experience.

Admin

  • Head Office Operations: Provide key administrative support for core business functions, including finance, human resources, and general office management.
  • Inter-departmental Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for communication and information flow between head office and restaurant outlets.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in updating and implementing company-wide policies and procedures.

Operations (Restaurant Supervisor - Manager)

  • Restaurant Operations: Receive hands-on training in all aspects of running a successful pizza restaurant, from daily operations to staff management.
  • Team Leadership: Learn to lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational standards.
  • Customer Experience: Master customer service techniques and develop skills in conflict resolution to maintain a positive and loyal customer base.

Qualifications

  • Education: A recent bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, IT, or Hospitality Management is required.
  • Experience: Previous food and beverage or leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Career Path: This program is designed to fast-track your career toward a permanent managerial position within your chosen department.
