Responsibilities:

1. Terminal Operations

  • Lead and oversee daily terminal operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and KPIs to achieve business goals.

2. Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the main liaison between bus operators, clients, and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with service providers and industry stakeholders.

3. Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all operations comply with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).

4. Planning & Improvement

  • Develop and execute strategic and operational plans for terminal performance.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

5. Inventory & Automation

  • Oversee inventory control and resource distribution.
  • Manage and optimize terminal automation systems for efficiency.

6. Team Leadership

  • Lead and motivate terminal staff to meet operational targets.
  • Foster a positive work culture and support staff development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in public transportation, terminal management, or supply chain operations.
  • Proven leadership and operational management skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
