Company Background:

A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions, specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of EHS systems for overseas projects, ensuring they meet international safety and environmental standards.
  2. Provide EHS services for large-scale engineering projects, particularly those associated with major European and American enterprises.
  3. Oversee EHS management for large overseas projects as well as industrial park projects.
  4. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring the highest standards of safety and environmental protection are adhered to.
  5. Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and corporate EHS policies.
  6. Conduct risk assessments and manage safety inspections across international project sites.
  7. Ensure timely reporting of safety incidents and corrective actions to senior management.
  8. Lead training initiatives to ensure local project teams understand EHS protocols and safety standards.
  9. Support the company in achieving international EHS certification and maintain certifications through audits and compliance reviews.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in building and setting up overseas EHS systems for international projects.
  2. Extensive experience providing EHS services for large European and American engineering projects, with a deep understanding of EHS management philosophies, requirements, and standards.
  3. At least three years of experience managing EHS for large international projects or industrial park projects (with a construction area of over 50,000 square meters).
  4. Fluent in both written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
  5. Experience in EHS management for large-scale IDC (Internet Data Center) or AIDC (Advanced Internet Data Center) construction projects (50MW or more) is highly preferred.
  6. Possession of safety certifications recognized in Europe or the U.S. is a plus.
  7. Able to suffer the environment of site construction.
