Core Responsibilities

  • Supervising and managing: Overseeing the daily security operations at client sites and managing the duty rosters for security guards.
  • Ensuring compliance: Conducting site visits to ensure staff follow company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with client requirements.
  • Handling issues: Addressing operational problems and complaints, and taking corrective actions to ensure a high level of security.
  • Reporting and administration: Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly reports on operations, performance, and attendance.
  • Equipment and resources: Ensuring security equipment and inventory are sufficient and well-maintained.
  • Client relations: Communicating effectively with clients and maintaining good relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
