岗位职责

1. 新项目开发:作为新项目的核心成员,负责 Android 或 iOS 客户端的开发工作,主导项目从需求分析到上线的全过程,确保应用功能完善、性能卓越、用户体验流畅。
2. AI 技术应用:结合 AI 编程工具(如 Gemin-cli 或 Claude-code)优化开发流程,提升代码质量和开发效率,探索 AI 在客户端开发中的创新应用场景。
3. 性能优化与维护:对客户端应用进行性能分析与优化,解决内存泄漏、卡顿等问题,保障应用长期稳定运行。
4. 成熟项目支持:在新项目立项前期,参与老项目的维护和功能迭代,确保老项目持续稳定运行。
5. 新技术研究与应用:关注移动端开发领域新技术、新趋势,引入前沿技术提升应用竞争力,推动团队技术进步。

任职要求

1. 技术能力:

2. 精通 Android 或 iOS 原生开发,熟悉 Java/Kotlin(Android)或 Swift/Objective-C(iOS)语言,具备扎实的编程基础。

3. 熟悉移动端性能优化、内存管理、网络通信等关键技术,能够独立排查和解决常见技术问题。
4. 熟悉 AI 编程工具(如 Gemin-cli 或 Claude-code),能够将其应用于实际开发中,提升开发效率和代码质量。

6. 具备 3 年及以上移动端开发经验(统招本科以上学历,计算机相关专业),有完整的 Android 或 iOS 应用开发上线经验。

Position: Full-Stack Mobile Developer (Android/iOS)

Salary Range:

Key Responsibilities

1. New Project Development – Act as a core member for new projects, responsible for Android or iOS client-side development. Lead the full lifecycle from requirements analysis to launch, ensuring excellent functionality, performance, and user experience.
2. AI Technology Integration – Leverage AI programming tools (e.g, Gemin-cli, Claude-code) to streamline workflows, improve code quality, and explore innovative use cases of AI in mobile development.
3. Performance Optimization & Maintenance – Conduct performance analysis, optimize app performance, and resolve common issues such as memory leaks or lags to ensure long-term stability.
4. Support for Existing Projects – Contribute to the maintenance and feature iterations of existing projects during the early phases of new project planning.
5. Research & Innovation – Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends, adopting cutting-edge technologies to enhance competitiveness and drive technical progress.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) native development with a solid programming foundation.
• Strong knowledge of mobile performance optimization, memory management, and network communication. Capable of independently diagnosing and resolving common technical issues.
• Familiar with AI programming tools (e.g., Gemin-cli, Claude-code) and able to apply them effectively in real projects.

Project Experience:

• 3+ years of mobile development experience, with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end development and deployment of Android or iOS apps.

Problem-Solving & Innovation:

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, able to quickly identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Innovative mindset, with the ability to propose improvements from both user experience and technical perspectives.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Excellent teamwork spirit, able to work effectively with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
• Strong coding discipline, capable of writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
