Our client Erican Language Centre is seeking an International Marketing Executive (Education - Multiple Regions) to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Develop strategies: Craft and execute international marketing strategies tailored to your assigned regions.
  • Drive recruitment: Lead student recruitment efforts for English language programs, camps, and pathways.
  • Build relationships: Cultivate and strengthen ties with education agents, partners, schools, and universities.
  • Manage networks: Expand and manage existing agent networks to boost enrolments.
  • Conduct research: Perform market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Represent Erican: Showcase Erican at education fairs, roadshows, webinars, and marketing events.
  • Prepare campaigns: Develop and deliver marketing presentations and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate internally: Collaborate with internal teams on program offerings and pricing.
  • Achieve targets: Meet monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
  • Report weekly: Generate weekly reports on leads, opportunities, and agent performance.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in international education marketing or student recruitment.
  • Network: Strong network or existing agent database is highly advantageous.
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in the regional local language and English is essential for effective communication.
  • Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of English language education and study abroad recruitment.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel: Openness to travel internationally to engage with agents and partners.
  • Self-driven: Self-motivated and results-oriented.
