About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Architect to lead the design and execution of residential development projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full architectural design process, from schematic design and design development to construction documentation and administration.
  • Produce and review design deliverables including conceptual designs, detailed drawings, technical documentation, and presentation materials.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure the design intent is maintained and project goals are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local building codes, zoning regulations, safety requirements, and sustainability standards.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective execution without compromising quality.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to review construction progress, verify design implementation, and resolve on-site technical or design issues.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and drafters, offering feedback, technical direction, and quality oversight throughout project stages.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 4 years of architectural experience, with at least 2 years in a project leadership role.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
