Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahad Datu, Sabah. The Operation Executive (Logistics) will oversee and manage the day-to-day logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Responsibilities include coordinating transportation, monitoring supply chain activities, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards. The role is pivotal to ensuring timely and effective delivery of goods, managing logistics strategies, and supporting overall operational goals.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure raw materials receiving and product activities in order.
  • Coordinate with shipping agent and surveyor for all relevant arrangement.
  • Ensure daily logistic comply supply chain & safety requirement.
  • Conduct periodic stock takes / reconciliations of inventory movements and balances

Requirement:

  • Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years' experience in supply chain and logistic processes, fresh grad is welcome.
  • Strong understanding of logistic processes, all relevant export and import shipment terms including custom procedures
  • Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with customers and service providers
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
