Senior Human Resource Executive

Overview:
We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to support our company's growth and strengthen our team culture at Gourmet Ingredients Sdn Bhd. The right person will manage HR operations, recruitment, and staff development while helping to build a positive and value-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Promote and maintain the company's culture, values, and teamwork.
- Plan and organise training and development programs for key employees.
- Manage performance reviews, staff relations, and HR policy compliance.
- Supervise and guide the HR/Admin Assistant in handling daily HR tasks such as attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Support employee engagement and communication activities to improve team connection and morale.
- Work closely with management on people-related decisions and HR improvements.
Key Deliverables:
- Timely recruitment and smooth onboarding process.
- Annual staff training and development plan.
- Positive employee engagement and culture alignment.
- Proper and up-to-date HR documentation and compliance.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in a growing SME or manufacturing company.
- Strong people and communication skills — approachable, fair, and dependable.
- Able to handle both strategic and day-to-day HR work.
- Passionate about building a positive, growth-oriented workplace.
- Good knowledge of labour law, HR policies, and HRD Corp processes.
