JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in office.
  • Handling company vehicles by ensuring that vehicles are properly maintained, utilized efficiently, and compliant with all regulations.
  • Upkeeping and monitor company insurance, license, and hire purchase (insurance and road tax)
  • Responsible on New and Renewal of hostel's Tenancy Agreement.
  • Update and monitor all company and hostel utilities.
  • Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in office.
  • Ensure staff welfare are well taken care and to maintain office equipment.
  • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
  • Maintain Human Resources and Admin Department according to company policy.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Diploma in Management/ Administration/ Secretarial in a recognized institution.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in administration or related field.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

OTHERS INFO:

  • Candidates must be willing to work at Nasa City, Bandar Dato Onn JB.
  • Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm. (Mon-Fri, Sat Alternate)
  • Can start work as soon as possible.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
