As a subject matter expert, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, to develop robust, scalable deposition processes that meet performance, yield and cost targets.  This is a hands-on role that requires strong problem-solving skills, data driven decision making, and deep technical knowledge of deposition systems and materials behaviour.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop, optimize, and sustain thin-film deposition processes for high performance products.
  • Own deposition process qualifications.
  • Analize process data and metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Characterize thin films using metrology and materials analysis techniques (e.g, ellipsometry, XPS)
  • Document and maintain detailed process recipes, control plans and operating procedures.
  • Lead root cause investigations for yield, reliability or process stability issues.
  • Stay current with advances in deposition technologies and recommend relevant upgrades or cost saving.

What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):

  • Hands-on experience in thin-film deposition, process optimization and troubleshooting is an advantage.
  • Experience with film characterization techniques and statistical process control (SPC) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Education (Minimum Level)

·       Bachelor's

Field of Study

Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering or a related field

Years of Experience (Minimum)

  • 0- 3 years
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with significant expertise in deposition processes (optional)
