The HR Analyst (Thai-speaking), based in Kuala Lumpur, will support and manage HR operational and administrative activities for the Thailand business units, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and internal policies while partnering with local stakeholders and the regional HR team to drive efficient and effective HR service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employment documentation, onboarding/offboarding processes, and HR data management for employees
- Coordinate with the regional HR team to maintain and update employee records in compliance with Thailand labor laws and internal corporate policies
- Keep abreast of local labor legislation updates; proactively communicate any changes to management and implement necessary adjustments in policies and procedures
- Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings required by Thailand authorities in coordination with legal and finance teams
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, employee relations issues, and conflict resolution
- Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs to enhance workplace satisfaction
- Identify and recommend enhancements to HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the implementation of new HR initiatives, systems, and tools across the organization
- Collaborate with internal teams to align HR processes with overarching business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a dynamic work environment
- Proficient in Thai language; read and write
- Strong familiarity with Thailand labor law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with local and regional teams
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines
- Proven problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
