Paint Shop

a) To lead, supervise and motivate personnel to achieve productivity, quality and cost targets.

b) To identify the productivity variables that affects the shop floor productivity performance. Example, productivity, labor, cost

c) To measure, monitor and control the productivity variables and corrective measure when necessary

d) To determine the quality variables that violating the product quality conformance. To measure and control the variable and formulate defect preventing programs

e) To monitor and control the direct cost, indirect cost and others related cost. To execute the cost reduction programs and waste elimination programs in order to maximize the company profitability

f) To design short term and long term strategies in achieving continuous improvement in term of productivity, quality and cost.

g) To determine manpower requirements, training needs, retrain and terminate the personnel necessary for achieving the objective.

h) To work closely with various supporting department and to develop communication networks necessary to ensure smooth production activities.

i) To prepare daily production updates, monthly report, qualification and testing report as per required time.

j) To ensure system conformance to ISO 9001:2000, OHSAS 18000, Site, Local and International regulation.

k) To achieve high level of safety and zero accident in design and installation and during production.

l) To upkeep the manufacturing process, engineering changes, equipment maintenance and housekeeping.

m) To drive motivation aspects in order to increase attendance rate that directly related to productivity and quality

n) To ensure cleanliness in Paint shop as required to sustain the quality of products

o) To ensure all products are produced as per specifications and requirements of particular model

p) To coordinate personnel between the various department for process and parts validation during new model introduction. To prepare the project paper and budget proposal for approval by the board of directors.

q) To studies on tooling and equipment for new model introduction.

r) To control the quality and executing defect during model introduction.

s) To assist and implement the cost reduction and as well as any KAIZEN programs.

t) To study line layout for new model introduction and process methodology to ensure the production efficiency.
