Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle application process for all prospective students, including checking the application documents and ensuring all entry requirements are fulfilled;
  • Work closely with the Sales Team in handling the student's offer process, including presenting offer to the students and handling the offer acceptance;
  • Provide assistance and advice on scholarship application, insurance, accommodation, travel arrangement and any other after-sales service;
  • Handle student visa application and ensure visa successful rate;
  • Provide support to management for Company's sales and marketing related events;
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply);
  • Candidates with relevant working experience will have an added advantage. Admission experience in the education industry is preferred;
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Melayu and/or Mandarin;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage professionally and courteously with students, parents and stakeholders;
  • Meticulous and possess excellent planning, time management, organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • Computer literacy and experience in database management systems is an added advantage;
  • A strong sense of responsibility and accountability in all tasks;
  • Able to work independently with least supervision as well as part of a team;
