Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for system support onsite (computer hardware & software).
  • Perform onsite demo or solutions proof-of-concept to pre-sales division.
  • Perform in-house system building, assembly, trouble shooting and testing.
  • Handle of system warranty support and, manufacturer warranty management.
  • Responsible for day to day system support to customer (Ensure customer satisfaction).

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Electronic/Computer Engineering degree or equivalent working experience
  • Knowledge in advance computing, networking, computer (hardware & software) skills
  • Passionate and enthusiastic in computing or engineering related field.
  • Self-proactive, initiative and motivated attitude and good command of English and Mandarin is a MUST. (Note: Candidate good in Mandarin speaking preferred as role required candidate to deal with mandarin speaking customer)
  • Analytical and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel and must possess own car.
  • Malaysian with Valid I/C and driving license only.
