A leading MNC is seeking for a high-energy Business Development Associate who thrives on achieving targets and advancing their career.

Position Overview:

This role focuses on aggressive business development and new account acquisition. The position involves identifying and pursuing new opportunities, converting leads into revenue, and driving market expansion. Responsibilities include engaging prospects through product presentations, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring strong after-sales support. Continuous market intelligence and competitor tracking are essential to maintaining a competitive edge and achieving business targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in any discipline.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in Mining industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-driven, and collaborative team player.
  • Energetic, passionate, and eager to embrace new challenges.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Willing to travel.
