Job Summary :

Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right products, ensuring exceptional customer service is consistently provided.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • 1-2 years of retail experience is a plus
  • Friendly, courteous, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A warm, engaging personality with a customer-focused approach
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist Pharmacists with day-to-day operations in the outlet
  • Ensure the outlet remains well-organized clean, and presentable at all times
  • Provide a warm, friendly greeting to customers and assist them with inquiries
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the retail outlet
  • Manage stock levels and inventory efficiently
  • Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately
  • Training will be provided
