We're Hiring Repair Service Admin

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and love keeping things running smoothly?

Join our team and be the key person behind every successful repair job from customer requests to completion

Job Scope

  1. Receive and record customer repair or service requests (walk-in, phone, or online).

  2. Communicate repair status updates and follow up with customers on progress.

  3. Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback politely and professionally.

  4. Assign jobs to technicians and ensure proper scheduling and tracking.

  5. Monitor job completion timelines and ensure quality standards are met.

  6. Prepare quotations & invoices,

  7. Manage service files, receipts, and customer documents.

Skills & Qualifications

  1. Experience in administrative, service coordination, or customer service is an advantage.

  2. Able to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.

  3. Willing to learn product knowledge related to power tools, pumps, or repair services.

  4. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is preferred
