Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall payments implementation expertise
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business background and objectives; gathering requirements; evaluating output requirements and formats
  • Construct workflow and architecture diagrams, network diagrams, logic flow chart; studying system capabilities; Writing detailed functional requirements, RESTful API specifications, acceptance criteria
  • Translate the business needs into business and or functional requirements. Prepare Impact Analysis documentation, BRD's, Functional specifications, Solution designs, Interface designs, Use cases, Requirements traceability matrices
  • Define best practices for payment processing
  • Provide clarifications, training and support across teams
  • Review and recommend test approaches and test plans

Mandatory Requirements

  • Profound knowledge of payments solutions (Card processing, Cryptocurrency, Local and International payments) and the overall payments eco-system

  • In-depth knowledge of API's payment messages.

  • Good communicator with excellent meeting/workshop facilitation skills.

  • Be able to produce the project deliverables that are typically created as part of a payments implementation or payments transformation programme (Functional specifications, Solution designs, Interface designs, Use cases, Requirements traceability matrices);
  • Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills (written & spoken)
