Architecture Draughtsperson

Responsibilities

• Assist the architectural team in creating technical drawings and plans using CAD software(s).
• Collaborate with architects to convert initial concepts into detailed designs and construction drawings.
• Support the design process by producing accurate and precise 2D drawings and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Aid in the preparation of project documentation, including drafting drawings, compiling specifications, and generating reports as required.
• Maintain organised files and materials throughout the design and drafting phases to ensure efficient workflow and project continuity.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related fields.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Willingness to work in OneCity-Subang Jaya.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, enabling effective collaboration and coordination within the team.
