About**

RoleThe Growth Operations Associate supports the activation and ongoing engagement of SME merchants. The role reports to SEA Marketing Director and will work closely with Customer Support, and the Small Medium Enterprise team, ensuring that newly onboarded merchants progress from initial setup to becoming l

ive.

The primary KPI for this role is improving merchant conversion rate through structured follow-ups, engagement workflows, and operational coordina

  • idance.Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager to implement communication flows, engagement messaging, and campaign-based nudges that drive merchant transaction ac
  • tivity.Track merchant progress across onboarding stages and maintain structured reporting in internal systems and dash
  • boards.Identify operational bottlenecks or recurring friction points and propose improvements to internal process documentation and merchant support
  • flows.Prepare weekly growth performance updates for the Marketing Director, summarizing merchant pipeline, drop-off points, and activation pr
