Your New Company
You will be joining one of the largest banks in Malaysia. As part of their effort to strengthen their Enterprise Architecture team, they are expanding their team to hire a Senior Resiliency Enterprise Architect.

Your new role

  • Lead transformation initiatives to modernise disaster recovery and continuity capabilities for the Company
  • Drive compliance with regulator-mandated RTO/RPO objectives, recovery frameworks, and audit requirements.
  • Provide assurance to the Architecture Review Board on resiliency aspects of solution design.
  • Define a Group-wide resiliency target architecture across business, application, data, and technology domains.
  • Establish reference architectures for disaster recovery, business continuity, and crisis response.
  • Develop adoption roadmaps to enhance resiliency for critical services.
  • Align architecture with internal standards and regional regulatory requirements (

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Minimum of 10 years in DR/ Resiliency/ Business Continuity role in Financial Services
  • Minimum of 10 years in an IT / Architecture role
  • Has experience leading large-scale resiliency programs across critical platforms.
  • Obtained industry certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, etc.
  • Proven track record in reference architectures, target state design, and resiliency assurance.
