Operations Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple stores to ensure smooth workflow and high service standard
  • Lead and manage each stores promoter, ensuring productivity, training and performance improvement
  • Developing staffing plans and schedule shifts to ensure optimal coverage while controlling labor costs
  • Monitor stock levels, customer coordination and cost control
  • Coordinate with the store's designated personnel for various arrangements, including events, promotional booths and staffing
  • Organize stock allocation and manpower as needed upon request
  • Work closely with the logistic team to ensure efficient and timely order processing for customers and vendor
  • Ensure operations are run in cost-effective manner, optimizing resources while maximizing revenue and profitability
  • Ensure all the skincare products meet quality control standards, industry regulations, and safety guidelines
  • Identify operational issues and propose effective solutions to the management team
  • Collaborate with the development teams to expand business market to the necessary area and location
  • Plan and oversee related events and roadshow to strengthen brand presence
  • Prepare and present department's report to Management in weekly basis
  • Any other duties from time to time assigned by the Superior and the management

Job Requirement

  • Any relevant in skincare and beauty products line will be added advantage
  • Minimum to have 5-8years working experience in retail or stores operations
  • Consignment experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent in multi-tasking, data analyzing and problem-solving skills
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control and revenue
