Job. Account Executive - JB Town area

  • Handle full set of accounts (GL, AR, AP) and ensure accurate, timely month-end closing.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, track aging reports, and follow up on collections.
  • Perform bank reconciliation, maintain balance sheet schedules, and ensure financial data accuracy
  • Manage supplier payments, verify supporting documents, and oversee payment schedules.
  • Update and process salary records and bank payouts.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities for compliance and reporting.
  • Conduct cost and result analysis to support management decisions.
  • Prepare financial and management reports, providing insights for business review meetings.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting documentation.
  • 5 days per week.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Candidates with auditing firm experience are highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, especially in cost and financial performance analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL, Autocount, or equivalent).
  • Good communication, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to meet reporting deadlines.
