About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Executive Marketing to join our team at M K Land Holdings Berhad in Damansara Perdana, Selangor. This position is to support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing and promotional activities for property development projects in line with the Company's branding and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and executing marketing campaigns for property launches, roadshows, events, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Group Corporate Communication, etc) and external vendors (media, creative agencies, event companies) to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Support the development of production of marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, digital content, and signage.
  • Monitor, tract, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and gathering property market insights to support strategic planning.
  • Participate in property exhibitions and customer engagement activities when required.
  • Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and regulatory requirements in all marketing materials.

Requirements.
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the property development or real estate industry.
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Good understanding of digital and traditional marketing tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g Canva, Adobe Illustrator) is an added advantage)
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
