Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Staff located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Staff will be responsible for promoting and selling properties, assisting clients with inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, preparing sales documentation, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the property market and trends.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of property market trends and developments
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the property development industry is a plus
