Job Overview

LokalTeez, a vibrant local T-shirt brand, is seeking responsible and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Team Leader Retail Associates. The successful candidates will assist customers, maintain store standards, and support daily retail operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily shop operations.
  • Plan and organize staff shift schedules.
  • Supervise and motivate retail team members.
  • Ensure sales targets and shop KPIs are achieved.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent service quality.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and updates to management.

Working Hours

  • Shift 1: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Shift 2: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

(Includes a 1-hour break)

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail or team leader role preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and customer-oriented.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
