  • End-to-End Execution & Logistics: Lead and coordinate all project deliverables, venue management, logistics (including catering, transportation, and equipment shipping across Asia), and ensure completion on time and within budget.
  • Financial & Compliance Oversight: Prepare and manage comprehensive budgets and ensure strict adherence to all legal, insurance, and health & safety obligations.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and select vendors and suppliers, while also liaising directly with partners and sponsors to ensure their needs are successfully met.

skills and requirements:

  • Proven success in event operations with strong qualities in leadership, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration abilities for successful liaison with partners, sponsors, and event teams.
  • Willingness to take on frequent international travel (5-6 trips per year, approximately 15 days each).
