JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
1) Fault Management & Troubleshooting
- Provide 24/7 support for Call Centre, Network Monitoring, and NOC.
- Open and track trouble tickets for any network issues.
- Work with NOC, Regional teams, vendors, and customers to fix problems fast.
- Do troubleshooting and repair work to meet service targets.
- Send fault reports to customers within 24–72 hours after fixing the issue.
2) Network Management System
- Monitor and manage the network using different NMS platforms.
- Support and apply new NMS systems for all network elements.
3) Network Performance & Service Assurance
- Record all trouble tickets and prepare monthly failure reports.
- Help prepare post-mortem reports to improve network service.
4) Service Provisioning
- Handle customer calls and respond to problems or requests.
- Make sure all issues are solved properly and on time.
5) Planned Maintenance Coordination
- Monitor maintenance work with the Regional, Project, and Service teams.
- Ensure maintenance is done as planned and meets service standards.
6) Reporting Management
- Prepare and send Reason for Outage (RFO) reports after faults are fixed.
- Help prepare Network Failure Reports (NFR) within 72 hours after restoration.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: -
- Minimum of Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM)/ Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Network or Telecommunication Engineering
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in a relevant position.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Third language will be an added advantage)
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of network systems, troubleshooting, and fault management.
