REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous professional cleaning experience using chemicals and cleaning tools withing the last 3 years
  • Ability to work & use various chemicals and cleaners
  • Ability to support multiple work locations on the pool deck
  • Physically fit with endurance to lift 50lbs (23Kg) & run up and down stairs multiple times during the day
  • Experience working in a high Guest Service focused company
  • Relates well to guest of all ages
  • Excellent verbal & communication skills (English)
  • Confidence in handling difficult Guests & Guests issues/needs.
  • Display effective teamwork & flexibility
  • Professional & Presentable to work on pool deck
  • Ability to work all day in the sun or in cold/windy weather conditions
  • 8 Months on board / 2 months offboard
  • Contracts renewal offered before debark ship
  • No Age Limit (Prefer cheerful energetic youthful personality)
  • Application open to all Malaysian nationality & Foreigners with VALID MALAYSIA WORKING PERMIT

JOB DETAILS:

  • Wipe down deck chairs daily
  • Deep clean one a week or when needed
  • Proactively engage with Guests
  • Towel stocking & distribution
  • Pushing/Pulling trollies containing 200 pool towels from guest areas to main laundry
  • Able to work under unpredictable various weather/climate conditions
  • Set & clear deck chairs, sun beds - ENSURE readiness at all times
  • Clean & Sanitise in and around pool/deck area
  • Collect & remove trash/garbage in and around pool/deck area
  • Launder & change out cushion covers in adult pool/deck areas
  • Ensure deck chairs are properly stacked & secure the area at the end of each day
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene according to Disney Cruise Line standards
  • Report pool maintenance to leader on a regular basis
  • Life vest set up & disinfection
  • Pool towel distributions & collections at Disney Private Island

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: From RM4,007.60 per month
