The Marketing and Engagement Lead will develop and execute marketing and engagement strategies for the APAC region, enhance brand visibility, grow audiences, and connect, nurture, and activate target communities through effective marketing campaigns and events.

  • Conduct market and customer research, analyze competitors, and provide insights for APAC marketing strategies.

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to expand pipeline and drive engagement.
  • 项目管理营销策略及活动,确保资源高效利用、按时交付及预算优化。
  • Project-manage campaigns to maximize resources, ensure timely delivery, and optimize budgets.
  • 监控并分析营销活动效果,推动潜在客户从认知到转化。
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, driving lead conversion through the funnel.
  • 管理营销预算并确保投资回报最大化。
  • Manage marketing budgets to ensure ROI optimization.
  • 规划全年亚太区活动组合,包括中型会议及本地小型活动。
  • Plan and manage the year-round regional event portfolio, including mid-size conferences and local events.
  • 策划关键大型活动的专属营销活动。
  • Launch dedicated campaigns for key flagship events.
  • 与战略合作伙伴及行业联盟建立营销合作关系。
  • Develop marketing partnerships with relevant partners and industry alliances.
  • 利用社交媒体、内容创作及数字营销工具提高客户参与度和品牌知名度。
  • Engage audiences via social media, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
  • 协作总部或团队确保SEO/SEM策略有效实施。
  • Collaborate with HQ or internal teams to ensure effective SEO/SEM strategies.

任职要求 / Requirements:

  • 熟悉亚太地区文化差异,具备跨文化协作能力。 / Deep understanding of APAC diversity and ability to collaborate across cultures.
  • 出色的英语口语及书面表达能力。 / Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • 5年以上相关岗位经验,具备逐步提升的责任及业绩记录。 / Minimum 5 years relevant experience with progressive responsibilities.
  • 成功管理中型会议及多样化活动经验,具备营销及活动管理能力。 / Proven track record in marketing and managing mid-size conferences and diverse events.
  • 拥有市场营销或相关专业学士学位。 / Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 熟悉CRM及数字化营销工具,具备数据分析能力。 / Proficient in CRM and digital marketing tools with strong data analysis skills.
  • 能适应跨时区及多文化工作环境。 / Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and cultures.
