Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Technical Analyst (AMLA) located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Technical Analyst will be responsible for conducting technical analysis, addressing technical support inquiries, resolving issues through troubleshooting, and leveraging analytical skills to provide robust solutions. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders will be a key part of daily responsibilities. The role involves ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of systems to meet business and compliance requirements within the banking industry.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills and experience in Technical Analysis and identifying system requirements.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and resolve complex system-related issues effectively.
  • Expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to manage and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent Communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders and effectively conveying technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in the banking industry and familiarity with AMLA (Anti-Money Laundering Act) requirements is an advantage.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
