Job Descriptions:

  • Propose financing solutions and facilitate business matching to generate fee income and structure deals.
  • Conduct on-site visits, perform KYC assessments, and prepare credit proposals for approval.
  • Manage assigned cases and ensure timely completion, providing guidance to junior staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Monitor client performance and support collections when necessary.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and client acquisition targets.
  • Prepare reports and insights to support strategic management decisions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales/Business Development experience with a proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing client portfolios, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exposure to energy efficiency, renewable energy, automation, or labor-saving solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong financial and marketing skills (Japanese Bookkeeping Level 3 is an added advantage).
  • Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), Mandarin, and English.
  • Possesses a valid driver's license and willing to travel (mainly Penang and Johor Bahru).
  • Open to Malaysian citizens and Japanese nationals residing in Malaysia with a valid Spouse Pass.
