Retail Sales Associate (Full-Time)

Location: Johor Premium Outlet

Salary: Basic + Commission + Incentives

Working Hours: 6 days a week | Retail shift hours

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide styling advice and product knowledge
  • Promote and upsell products to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain store cleanliness and product displays
  • Handle transactions accurately and support stock replenishment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of retail experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Energetic, positive, and sales-driven
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
