Job Scope

  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers (product proposals, problem-solving sales).
  • Developing new customers (market research, understanding customer needs, making proposals).
  • Building trust with customers (hearing about customer issues, providing after-sales follow-up).
  • Collaborating with internal teams (technical and development) to reflect customer needs in product development.
  • Focusing on working with clients to solve problems and build long-term relationships.

Requirement

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience (B2B preferred).
  • PC skills (proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, etc. is a plus).
  • Experience in plastic industry or industrial equipment sales is highly desirable.
  • Japanese language is an added advantage but not a mandatory requirement.
  • Driver's license (required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
