REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in warehouse or inventory management.
  • Familiar with WMS, stock control, and warehouse documentation would be an advantage.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office to perform daily tasks.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently and performing well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory for smooth operations.
  • Verify quantity and quality of goods received against Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices.
  • Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and system updates upon receiving and dispatching goods.
  • Arrange and store products systematically to optimize warehouse space and accessibility.
  • Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) stock rotation methods.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse documentation such as Goods Received Notes (GRN) and Delivery Orders (DO).
  • Update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to reflect real-time stock movements.
  • Supervise warehouse assistants, pickers, and forklift operators, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and safely.
  • Ensure all warehouse staff properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and handle warehouse equipment responsibly.
  • Conduct regular housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
